When I first met Dr. Menakshi, I immediately felt I was in good hands. They are friendly, highly knowledgeable in their field, took the time to clearly explain my treatment options, and patiently answered all of my questions. At first, I felt the treatment was a bit pricey, but after experiencing the results—and especially the custom orthotics that worked wonders—I can confidently say it was well worth it. The only drawback was that the custom orthotics took a bit longer than expected to be ready. Other than that, I’m very happy with the overall experience. Extra kudos to Dr. Menakshi.
