The staff and facilities were nice but could be better at communicating the limitations of their services. I went for an ankle injury that has only recently been diagnosed by MRI as a complete ligament tear and avulsion fracture. Despite my first visit only being a week after the injury, when my ankle when still quite swollen and bruised, the physiotherapist I saw never mentioned that I could have had a grade III ligament tear or fracture or that they can't conclusively diagnose this. In addition, none of three physiotherapists that I ended up seeing there warned me that returning to activity too quickly could mean the tear wouldn't heal at all and I would then be waiting 1-2 years for surgery to have it fixed. While not seeking a proper diagnosis sooner and returning to activity too quickly is entirely my fault, the information about why I should have followed their recommendations would have actually modified my behaviour. The only positive if that I now know the correct exercises to treat the chronic ankle stability that has resulted from the injury not healing.

I’ve been seeing Rupy for a couple of months and the treatments have been life changing. I was in constant pain and my mobility was really limited and Ruby found the spot to work on and I’m so much better. Rupy used both passive and active rehab techniques in my treatment - including Pilates. Rupy is very thoughtful and mature beyond her years and is so incredibly calm. I would definitely recommend her. She’s amazing!
