The doctor was great, but they can definitely inform patients about their fees and procedures a lot better. I too work in medical admin and was very upset that things were not explained better here. I was told $95 for the initial fees, but when I arrived I was asked to pay $595 at the appointment. The admin also took down the wrong email so that I didn’t get any info before the appointment, which was very upsetting. Great doctor, but the front admin should be much clearer with explaining things with patients. It was upsetting not being explained all this before arriving to my sons appointment.

All staff members, from the front desk to the podiatrist, were professional and pleasant. I cannot recommend Dr Robert enough - he is thoughtful, patient-centered, and honest. The clinic runs on time and they often have same-day appointments available!

I had a pesky ingrown. I called and got in the same day. Robert (Dr.) was able to fix the problem and was very pleasant to deal with. Instant relief! Very happy with my visit and the care provided.
