  Dr. Patel was not very helpful. But, to be fair, perhaps my condition is not easily helped. Er, I did get testing: x-rays and ultrasound at Downtown Radiology. I don't think that any other testing was offered -- which is fine, I just want to make that clear. The recommended treatment had several components, including to use a theragun, and I haven't found any relief so far. Hopefully that will change. Look, folks, you run a business, you're going to get some negative reviews. There's no need for vitriol.

  This was my first visit to this clinic, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I came in because I have an ongoing toenail issue and was hoping to receive a thorough assessment and treatment plan. However, Dr. Alysha Patel only looked at my toenails briefly and prescribed the exact same medication that a previous podiatrist had already prescribed. I did not feel that my specific situation was properly assessed or that I received any new advice or treatment. For an initial appointment that cost $225, I expected a more detailed examination and clearer guidance. Instead, I left feeling as though I had paid for very little. I was also disappointed that, before seeing the doctor, a nurse came in first and tried to sell me cosmetic products or services from within and outside the clinic. A company called Curix which they heavily promote. Upon further investigation, Curix is directly affiliated and owned by the clinic. I just came in to treat a medical issue first, so this felt inappropriate and unrelated to the reason for my visit. Overall, I had a very negative experience and would not return to this clinic. I felt that the appointment did not provide enough value or care for the cost. I genuinely don’t understand why this clinic has such positive overall reviews. I trusted them, and I regret it.

  I have had sore feet for years so I was hesitant about seeing a new doctor as I figured sore feet were an age related thing. Turns out there were some actual issues with my feet and the team at Vancouver Foot and Ankle clinic did an exceptional job diagnosing them. Thank you for your prompt assistance, a huge thank you for finding practical solutions that actually work and I must admit, it is incredibly nice to walk without pain. The other point I'd like to make is that the staff at the clinic took the time to answer all my various questions, even the ones that they must be tired of hearing. I really appreciate your knowledge and patience.
