I have never had to walkout on a care provider in my life. After my experience with Doctor Ian Yu I went on Google and not to my surprise similar experiences to mine in the review section. Instead of listening to my issue and the back story of what I think happened to my feet he just rolled his eyes, also asking me Why am I even here? The whole conversation with Doctor Yu was belittling. I don’t even mind if you don’t want to hear what I had to say but make it clear, you will ask me questions and I will answer them so you can configure your own diagnosis. His phone rang and he left me in the room without a word and started talking on his cell phone elsewhere. I got up and left. Imagine being a business owner with a client and just leaving without a word. I would still understand and stayed if I felt the conversation at the start wasn’t disrespectful and condescending. STAY AWAY. Let this practice leech off boomers and older patients. You can smell the disorganization a mile away.

The place was a bit dirty and worn down. The doctor was late to the appointment and then left 2 times during my consultation to see another payment. Instruments used included a plastic protractor from 5th grade geometry, measuring tape, and the “eyeball test”. Unimpressive overall

I am absolutely disgusted by the treatment I received. I would give this place zero stars if I could. When I called to schedule my appointment, the receptionist started yelling at me for no reason. On top of that, she could barely speak any English, which made the entire situation even worse. This is completely unacceptable. When you call a clinic for help, you expect professionalism and respect, not hostility and incompetence. This experience was completely unprofessional and appalling.
