My experience, across several legal matters, with Carolyn Knight from the law firm Viner, Kennedy, Frederick, Allan &Tobias LLP in Kingston, Ontario has been an entirely happy one. I am writing to express my complete satisfaction with her advice and expertise and to strongly recommend her for her thoroughness and professionalism. Recently, I was required to act as executor in the settlement of my mother’s estate and to arrange the sale of the family home. Additionally, I decided it was time to make my own will and powers of attorney, addressing some unique conditions. From our first meeting, Carolyn made me feel confident in her assessment of my legal needs. She was to the point and precise in setting a clear plan of action and her comprehensive legal knowledge saved me time and money in the estate settlement. The fees were also reasonable and very competitive. I can recommend Carolyn without any reservation.

I have purchased three properties in the past decade and these guys come in clutch every time. Their expertise and mindfulness is exactly what a buyer needs to put their mind at ease. As well as I have found myself emailing them throughout the years on things I've forgotten, and they are always prompt with my necessary info. These guys are a Staple in Kingston Community.
