I had a fantastic experience during my visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional. Alyssa took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly examined my feet, and pointed out things I hadn’t even realized. She explained everything clearly, patiently answering all my questions. I left feeling much more comfortable and received a personalized list of refined footwear tailored to my needs. The treatment was gentle yet effective, and I appreciated how Alyssa emphasized the importance of fixing my feet to improve my posture, back health, and overall foundation. Thanks to her guidance I feel confident moving forward with my treatment plan. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone in need of foot care or treatment.

I visited Whitby Family Footcare for the first time last month. I was able to obtain an appointment very quickly! It was my first time seeing a chiropodost and Alyssa was absolutely amazing!! She explained the issue, her treatment plan, and prevention teaching. The environment was so welcoming! Cannot recommend this place more!

I cannot recommend this clinic enough. I was able to get a last minute appointment when an issue arose and was treated respectfully. Alyssa is extremely knowledgeable and talked me through every step. The pain I had went away as soon as the appointment was over and I was provided with clear instructions on care at home post-appointment. The clinic is extremely clean and I had no concerns for sanitation. Very happy with my experience!!
