What a terrible place. I had a recent appointment with maya who seems cold and rushed. Her exam room smelled like a cafeteria which made it unpleasant and distracting during my eye exam. She has a cold and withdrawn demeanour which is also unfit for a medical setting. Worst of all was when she recommended a product and I asked how much, she said ask the front desk. So I asked the front desk on my way out, their response? Ask Maya…. Great job team! This is unacceptable for a normal business, and extremely unprofessional for a regulated medical practice. I will not be returning or recommending this optometry clinic whatsoever.

Very disappointing experience with Burlington Eyecare. I called for an emergency appointment, and as usual, they were fully booked. The receptionist was rude and dismissive, even saying she didn’t know what I was talking about. I expected much more professionalism and empathy.

The staff are all so friendly and helpful. There was no pressure to choose any particular frame. I am so happy with the frames I chose with Justine’s expertise. I would recommend Burlington Eye Care to anyone seeking assistance with eye appointments and/or glasses. Thank you Dr. Germain and team!!!
