  A big thank you to the staff at Gagnon for treating my whole family, especially to Cam and the gentleman with the beard( didn't catch his name)for being so patient and understanding. Not only did they help us find the right glasses, they also had them all ready the same day. Definitely put those of us who never had glasses to be comfortable and stylish. And they saved us money. Will recommend to friends and family

  We have been clients of Gagnon Opticians for many years. We've always had amazing experience and this past December was no exception. My husband broke his glasses a week before Christmas. I called the office and with the information and history on file, they were able to find a pair that would suit him, have them ready and shipped within a couple of days. Not only did the glasses fit him better than his original ones but they even offered to meet us during the Christmas holidays for a fitting if needed since we live 5 hours away. They have gone above and beyond on every level. We've always been extremely satisfied with the service but this experience has exceeded our expectations. Special thank you to Amber Fournier for all of her help! You guys rock!
