Alberta Hearing Service is amazing! Lauren is absolutely fantastic to deal with—so kind, patient, and professional. She really takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure you feel comfortable through the whole process. I couldn’t ask for better service. Highly recommend!

I would just like to take the time to write a review to let everyone know how amazing Lauren Stelte is. I can not thank her enough for her professionalism and her level of compassion and caring. She took such good care of me and helped me find the right hearing aids and right set up so that my hearing is as good as new. Her level of service and commitment is incredible. I would recommend to everyone that you make an appointment and see for yourself what true customer service is supposed to look like. Thank You Lauren for everything!!
