Custom earplugs for noisy workplaces. I recently had the pleasure of working with Lauren Ford, a hearing specialist at Amplifon I must say that my experience was exceptional! I visited her office for a hearing test due to noise pollution at my workplace, and I was blown away by her level of professionalism and expertise. Lauren was extremely thorough throughout the entire process, making sure to explain every step and answer all of my questions. Her attention to detail gave me a level of trust in her which made the transaction extremely smooth. She took the time to understand my needs and recommended a completely custom set of earplugs that have been worth their weight in gold! They perform way better than the traditional foam inserts I have always used. I am grateful to have found a hearing professional I can trust with my hearing health. I wish I had known about custom hearing protection years ago! Lauren made sure everything was within range and provided me with a personalized solution that fits my specific needs. She truly went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Overall, I highly recommend Lauren Ford at Amplifon to anyone in need of hearing services. CANNOT stop mailings from this company. DO NOT get on any of their mail lists! I moved three years ago and they are still sending mail to the new home owner despite contacting the parent company and contacting this branch location numerous times. It is frustrating and funny that a hearing company will not listen to customer requests.
