As a newcomer to Calgary (and Canada!) I found navigating healthcare providers challenging but Dr Scarff and her team have been truly outstanding. From my very first appointment they demonstrated the highest standard of care and have helped me navigate the process of trying and purchasing hearing aids. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for attentive and high-quality audiologist services.

This is the hearing clinic you want to go to! Natalia was absolutely amazing. She gets to know what your issues are and works to find the best device suited to what you need. Make sure to book with Natalia at the new Nw location. Dr. Carrie is amazing and truly just wants to help you. I cannot recommend this place enough. Every staff member is warm and welcoming.

This is my second time going to Audiology Innovations and I can't think of anyway it could have been a more seamless and comfortable experience. I had Bryce conducting the hearing exam and he was absolutely great. Double thumbs up. Hopefully I won't need a hearing exam for a while but if I do, I will once again be a repeat customer. Thanks and keep up the good work Bryce.
