So impressed with this clinic!!! I was visiting from out of town…from the minute the phone was answered, Joyce was so friendly and helpful and told me to come to the clinic for help. A quick diagnostic by Sara Henderson and it was determined that my device was not functioning!! They worked for two and half hours to provide me a loaner hearing aid, return my defected unit to the supplier and coordinate with the Haliburton (Ontario) office to relay all the information for my next appointment!! The team at this Clinic was so courteous and professional and Sara went out of her way to make sure that the loaner was fully functioning! This experience underscored my decision to purchase my original hearing aid with this national clinic!! Please extend my sincere appreciation to all the staff at this clinic for an exceptional experience!!!
