Premium, per pairTop processing and features

Prices in CAD per pair, illustrative as of 2026, and they usually include fitting and follow-up care. What you pay depends on the technology level, your hearing needs, and the clinic. Many provincial assistive-device programs (like Ontario's ADP and Alberta's AADL) and private insurance plans cover part of the cost.

  I went to get my hearing aids repaired. I have dealt with the company before to get them set up and I was more than happy with service. After Tiffany explained that I might be charged a fee for repair I agreed of course. She found some wax buildup and said no charge. Thanks. I will be back and suggest you get some good service if you need hearing aids.

  Ive had nothing but problems with Amplifon since the beginning. Spent 3 hours in the office to purchase, because of disorganization. Finally got that done then end of November my aids starting to disconnect and reconnect sporadically. Went to office spent hour there at least with technical people and problem was not fixed. Called back to let the know and have not heard back anything. I would not recommend amplifon to anyone as my experience has been terrible. I have to take my aids out and put it my ear buds to talk and listen on calls and shows....unbelievable.

  The lady that tested me was very good and helpful. They had a technical glitch on programming the aids. I spent 20 minutes in the waiting room until the receptionist bothered to update me on what was happening. I had another appointment and couldn't wait around for them to straight it out. I told them that , the lady that did the test wanted to try and fit me in to come back. The receptionist was not helpful at all and said the next appointment available was in 3 weeks. The other lady tried helping but she repeated May 21. No effort to try and help or accommodate my working schedule. This is my first time getting hear aids and l am not about to deal with a front line person with an attitude like that every time l have to make an appointment. I have canceled my order with them and will not return to this location. Nor will l recommend them to any of my family or friends.
