I’m a 66 year old woman who was experiencing some hearing loss. From my first visit I was very impressed with the staff. Hailey is the most friendly and helpful person as soon as you walk in the door she makes you feel comfortable. I was seen by Christine, then Jasmine and was now wearing hearing aids. I was having a bit of trouble and needed some adjustments. After seeing Jane I had more adjustment and now everything is perfect. The staff have been wonderful during my adjustments and now I’m happy to say I’m now hearing the lowest level of sounds. I will be recommending Total Hearing to everyone I know. Thank you so much for all your patience.

The service is excellent. My 91 year old mother is extremely happy with the Audiologist Jane. She cannot wait for better hearing. Hailey at the front desk goes above and beyond. We highly recommend Total Hearing Centre.

We are so grateful for the wonderful staff at Total Hearing Centre in Cambridge. From my first phone call to Hailey, the service was exceptional - professional, caring and flexible. Hailey and Jane went the extra mile in a case that was complex and for which a solution was elusive for over a year. Highly recommended!
