I had an appointment with them on May 25 for a hearing test. However, when I arrived, the receptionist told me that there was no appointment under my name. Apparently, my appointment had been rescheduled to June 12, but I never received any message or notification about this change. I drove for an hour only to find out the appointment did not exist. I manage my calendar very carefully, and I would never treat my bank clients this way.

This is by far the best hearing center I have been to. The receptionist Michelle is efficient, pleasant and helpful. The audiologist was very nice and explained everything prior to my hearing test.. When completed it was very easy to understand my results on the graph. I was given options as to how I wanted to proceed. I highly recommend Amplifon Richmond Hill.
