Pinnacle Hearing Centre made the experience of helping my 80 year old dad get into his first (overdue) pair of proper hearing aids smooth and stress free. I first called to make an inquiry and Ian answered all my initial sets of questions and educated me on how the process of hearing aids works. We booked a hearing test and they offered a trial pair of hearing aids that were calibrated to my dad's hearing loss. We felt very supported and they were very patient. It's great knowing they have been around for decades and will be there to support my dad for years to come for reprogramming or his next pair of hearing aids.

The service in this place is phenomenal! I’ve never seen anyone so patient with me and believe me it wasn’t easy Great service I would recommend this place for anyone that needs hearing aids

My experience here was so lovely. No high pressure sales tactics like some other places. Everything was explained thoroughly and we discovered that there is nothing wrong with my hearing, despite what my son might say ;) Although I hope my hearing stays good, if I ever have an issue, I will 100% return here and recommend to anyone looking for a referral.
