ACNA is highly recommended. The staffs are all good and friendly especially Nathalie, my audiologist. They really do their best for us to be satisfied in all aspects. Not unlike the first audiology clinic I had, they never phone me for follow up check up for my device even ask me for hearing test for at least once a year. I only recieved a call from them and sent me email after 5 years for follow up that they needed to check my hearing aid and purchase a new one 😔. At ACNA, they will phone you and send email every 6 months for check up. I'm so happy and satisfied with my new Audiology Clinic. You're one of the best👌

Larena is very knowledgeable and informative. Her ability to explain the complexities of hearing loss and how hearing aids can improve speech intelligibility is greatly appreciated. Additionally, the Audiology of Northern Alberta has an eclectic level of products. This company takes great care in fitting the hearing aids to get the best possible clarity. This clinic provides excellent service after purchasing products from them.

My hearing assessment with Lisa was phenomenal! She did an excellent job explaining the tests and going over my results in an easy to understand way. Thanks to her knowledge, care, and professionalism, I have a high degree of trust in the results and feel empowered to make decisions about my hearing moving forward. I was so glad to learn that my hearing loss is stable 🥳 but just a bit sad that I won't need to come back to the clinic anytime soon, because I enjoyed my experience that much! Thanks again. Your work is much appreciated!
