Carrie and her amazing team are the best you'll find anywhere. I've been a client of hers for 3 years and the level of service, compassion, and knowledge has been exceptional. I've had 3 brain surgeries that altered the shape of my skull above the right ear making it a challenge to find the right hearing aid. Carrie has gone above and beyond in seeking out alternatives, even going so far as to advocate for an exchange of model at a reduced cost. Although I've moved to the NW quadrant of Calgary, I will continue my relationship with Carrie and her staff. I couldn't dream of locating another individual so devoted to her clients. AND best of all...Carrie wears hearing aids herself! Who better than an Audiologist with lived experience to take care of your hearing loss.

My husband and I are both clients at Audiology Innovation, Sunpark Plaza. It's a long drive but we are willing to do it because of the quality of the staff and the care and attention we have received for all our hearing needs. Bryce Metz, audiology specialist and the client coordinator Gaynor Rutter are top notch professionals. Bryce knows he stuff so well and really puts people at ease. He is exceptional in dealing with senior citizens like us. Gaynor is friendly and efficient a winning combination. Can't recommend the clinic and staff team enough.

I always get exceptional help and service with Bryce and Dana in this office. Great people to work with. I'm always impressed at a level of 10+ as service providers.
