What a killer, exceptional experience. Love these guys. As a musician and mix engineer looking for the perfect mold for a new set of in-ear monitors, the whole experience seemed like a hassle. That's probably why I haven't gone through the process until now. I'm grateful I found these folks. Elan took incredible care of me: wicked service, a couple of hearty laughs, some technical know-how and wizardry, and he even took the extra steps of making sure I was armed with the very specific instructions for shipping my molds to the company I was getting my IEMs from (small company in Vancouver). These guys went above and beyond for me. And the price was extremely competitive. I really liked the special attention they paid to my needs as a musician with my rare and specific requirements. They didn't just treat me like some old dude that needed hearing aids (although, I'm sure they'd be just at great helping out those folks). Let me tell you, it's hard to impress an audio engineer of 25 years. Nice to see that some businesses out there still rise to the challenge of delivering superior customer service. They've gained a customer for life. Seriously, don't go anywhere else. Thanks, Elan! I'll see you for my next set of ear molds!

This is the second pair of hearing aids I have purchased from Audiology Innovations. Elan is very thorough and helpful in recommending the best hearing aids for my situation. And knowledgeable about the various grants available to help with funding. Very pleased with the assistance provided.

I am VERY pleased to have discovered Audiology Innovations. My 95 year old mother lost her hearing aid back in the fall, and given her very frail state, it was not possible for her to go out for a hearing test or fitting. I contacted Audiology Innovations and experienced total professionalism from everyone I dealt with, from the Reception staff, to the Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner, Elan Feldman. Elan came to my mother’s Residence, and not only assessed her hearing, but also arranged to have her hearing aid ordered and made from the original specifications by the same manufacturer. Within a very reasonable time frame, Elan and his Associate visited my mother for her new hearing aid fitting, then handed her a brand new hearing aid of like kind and quality to the one she lost. I can’t say enough about the kind person and superior customer service of Elan Feldman. I am still amazed that they could actually come to my mother and perform an in-home assessment and fitting. I can only say a very heartfelt thank you to Elan and Audiology Innovations, for making my mother’s hearing such a priority and doing everything possible to make the purchase of a new hearing aid such an exceptional experience!
