My husband and I received a flyer in the mail offering us both a free hearing test. We went but due to circumstances were only able to complete one test. That one was mine, and I was grateful my husband was able to be present, as it was painless and thorough, informative and reassuring. He knows now what to expect when he returns! The staff were helpful and not pushy; kind, competent and confident in their respective duties to assist us with the relevant information concerning our examinations and the result. I am very grateful we accepted the offer, and look forward to returning to them as needed in the future.

This was a complete waste of my time. I was very specific with what I was wanting. I wanted in the ear hearing aids not over the ear. She fitted me with the over ear ones first their brand. I reminded her I wanted in the ear hearing aids. Well she couldn’t get them to connect she had to do a soft ware update. I sat and waited. Then they weren’t charged so I waited another 15 min to see if she could get them charged enough to try them. She couldn’t. So I left an hour latter and I didn’t even get to try what I had specifically asked for in the first place. I will not be back. Totally wasted my time.

I attended Beltone hearing center at Brooks Landing mall in Nanaimo yesterday, and as always I was totally impressed with the service and professionalism of the staff. Shivpreet, the hearing specialist/manager is so patient with my questions, and so very, very helpful with explaining how my hearing aids work. Shweta, the receptionist/office manager is also very helpful, kind, pleasant and good at her job. These two always impress me with their caring, customer service. Other businesses could learn a lot from the way these two individuals care about customer service. S. Walsh
