I am so glad that I listened to the advice of a friend and went to the Nanaimo Hearing Clinic for my hearing health seven years ago. I am now about to get my second set of hearing aids. The Nanaimo and Parksville Hearing Clinics have provided me with not only excellent professional services but they have also provided a friendly and caring environment. The staff and practitioners are very welcoming and have made me feel at home. They take their time in explaining the testing process as well as the fitting for the aids. I highly recommend them.

Friendly competent staff made my first visit to a hearing clinic a pleasurable and very helpful experience. Shelagh was generous with the time she offered in our appointment and patiently answered my many questions. I would recommend this hearing clinic to anyone.
