  The best! We had tried for days to get an optometrist to care for my husband’s infected eye and no one had room or the time to help. Finally I called Boardwalk and a kind, professional and helpful person answered the phone, empathised with our situation and fit us in within 2 hours. Free parking off 152nd. The office is professional, filled with kind and capable people, and they promptly cared for my husband with impressive state of the art equipment. Couldn’t be more impressed or thankful. 5/5!

  I had the best experience at Boardwalk Optometry from start to finish. I was going through one of the worst dry eye episodes and called to see if they could fit me in, and they booked me for an appointment within an hour the same day! I was seen by Dr. Zachary Kamachi, and he is honestly one of the most patient and thoughtful doctors I’ve ever met. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and he took the time to answer every single one without ever making me feel rushed. He did a very thorough history and worked collaboratively with me to reach a diagnosis. I really appreciated how involved he made me feel in my own care. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Later, I was treated by Brian for my MGD treatment, and he is literally the kindest person ever! I ended up calling the clinic multiple times afterward with follow-up questions, and every time he answered, he was so pleasant and patient in helping me with my concerns. Overall, the entire team at Boardwalk Optometry is excellent. This was one of the best optometry experiences I’ve ever had, and I’m actually looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

  Every staff here is very friendly and patience. The examination was also very thorough and comprehensive. This doctor can speak a bit of Cantonese and Mandarin. You can bring your child here for the free annual check-up as well. Highly recommended.
