Lang took excellent care of my mother and ensured her test was easy to follow. The patient care and compassion Lang offered Mom in overcoming the stigma of hearing aids was phenomenal. Lang took the time to explain how hearing loss may increase Mom’s risk of memory issues and dementia, not to mention impact her mobility. She helped Mom work through her insecurities and into a hearing aid to improve Mom’s sunset years. Thank you Lang.

We went to Lang to get hearing aids for my mother. Lang is very knowledgeable and helpful. She explained to us many things we need to know about hearing aids, and took her time in order for us to fully understand. The first pair of hearing aids did not work out for my mother, and Lang worked with us to get another style. She worked with us until we got it right. We are very satisfied, and we had a very good experience. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I recently visited Calgary Ear Centre with my 76 year old father. His hearing had recently gotten worse, and we needed a change of hearing aids. Lang spent an entire afternoon with my father, testing out numerous devices until we landed on the perfect option. Both my father and I were extremely happy with the process, and appreciative of Lang's thoughtfulness and care as we worked through the options. Her attention to detail and kind approach really stood out. I would highly recommend the Calgary Ear Centre!
