I highly recommend Clear Sound Hearing Instruments, where I received excellent hearing services from Audiologist Venus Ighani and Hearing Instrument Specialist. Her Thoroughness of hearing tests, clarity of explanation of how I take care of my hearing aids instrument, and her honest recommendation of the hearing aid brand. Audiologist Venus allowed me to try two brands for two weeks to be sure which one I really feel satisfies my hearing needs, and it is the Starkey brand. Audiologist Venus didn’t rush me and gave me enough time to test the hearing aids before I purchased them. Audiologist Venus connected my iPhone to my hearing aids via the Starkey phone app and showed me how to use the different hearing options: Personal, Meeting, Restaurant, and Outdoors. Now I enjoy hearing conversations in meetings or in noisy restaurants, and I enjoy having a lovely time. The Clear Sound front desk staff are friendly. When I called for service, I was seen quickly by the audiologist Venus, and I appreciate their warm welcome. They truly care about clients. My recommendation is never wait to get hearing tests and get good hearing aids - it is an essential support to provide a healthy human life. Thanks to Audiologist Venus and her front desk staff!

They charged us $500 for a simple check, she said we do not do fixes, we only do life time maintenance packages! (It required cleaning only) After three years, we went again for a check, she refused at beggining, then she broke it when she cleaned it! The Filter does not fit now. I went a few times there, and everytime i go there, i feel she just wants to sell u a new set from her shop, my mom had hers from another country, but we paid for the maintenance package, and still did not get a proper treatment
