Well, coming up on 10 years with Connect Hearing and the great team at the Avenida Mall location. The team there is extremely helpful, accomodating, knowledgable, and over the top in CUSTOMER SERVICE. You can always count on a friendly smile and a great experience. I'm at the age where I get lots of inquiries about where I go and I am all PRAISE and NO HESITATION on RECOMMENDING this group. Very helpful. I was travelling from out of town and forgot my charger at home. Stopped by on the slight chance I could purchase one for my 5 year old hearing aids. They found one in their lab that worked and gave it to me free of charge. Thank you so much for your help.

I highly recommend Connect Hearing at the Avenida office for there service patience and efficiency. Out of three testing I had done at various places they were the only one who recommended a visit to the doctor to clear wax from my ear before testing hence getting a true reading which I thought was a commitment to the thoroughness. Their follow up was excellent and I am now happily wearing my hearing aids all day. Thanks
