Jessica has been incredibly kind, professional, and supportive throughout my hearing journey. She took the time to carefully explain everything to me and always made me feel comfortable, respected, and understood. As a hard of hearing person, her patience, compassion, and genuine care meant so much to me and my family. She helped me through the entire AADL process, followed up regularly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I received the support I needed. Highly recommended! Staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. The woman that fit me for my hearing aids did an awesome job! Great experience all the way around. My hearing aids work great! Thanks team for everything you've done from the front end staff to the audiologist! Great experience thank you.
