I live in Lethbridge where there is no Connect store. I mailed my hearing aids to this store and the terrific staff took care of everything and shipped them back, saving me over $100 in fuel . I am grateful for the wonderful service I received!

My experience was great. They helped me with my hearing aids. When the first ones didn't work me they got me other ones to try and they work very good.

Jordyn was so patient and helpful when my husband had to replace his worn out hearing aids. She allowed us all the time we needed to understand the instructions. She was very knowledgeable and we left feeling well looked after. A lovely lady all round.
