The receptionists are not pleasant the times I've had to deal with them. I would recommend Mimi from London dentures and hearing care over these people any day.

I walked into the clinic and asked the reception if it's possible to talk to manager of the clinic for a minute, she responded: " we don't have a manager here!" I guess that was because I simply didn't look like a person who may buy a hearing aid and spend money in their clinic! Very impolite and unfriendly. Just walk a minute away to Canada Hearing Services at Cherry Hill Mall, you'll have a better experience.

My experience with them is through work. Wendy is the best. She always gets my clients in very fast. Super sweet lady. All other staff ate so nice and caring.
