Poor customer service. Debbie was very defensive and took my concerns about their waiver personally. I simply had questions they couldn't answer. She is now being vindictive and condescending, cut me off today. Bizarre lady.

First impression, as I arrived to my appointment, the receptionist was so friendly and hospitable. Dr Brian Fields explained everything he was doing and made me feel comfortable during my assessment. I look forward to my follow up appointment.

I was very satisfied with my visit to Meridian Hearing. Everybody in the clinic is very helpful. For the last 3-4 days I am testing my new hearing aid and everything looks good so far. I hope it will be like that in the future as well.
