I recently took my father to Connect Hearing for a hearing aid assessment and the experience was fantastic. Jocelyn, the registered audiologist, was amazing. She treated my dad with patience and respect, clearly explained all the hearing aid and financial options, and made the whole process comfortable and easy to understand. The entire staff was welcoming, the clinic was spotless, and the technology they use is very impressive. The staff at this clinic were very friendly and professional. The clinician that did my assessment was very thorough and explained everything. She gave me honest feedback about my hearing. I would highly recommend Connect at Huron & Highbury to anyone with concerns about their hearing.

My senior mother went and was told she needed 2 hearing aids and that she failed the hearing test for her job. She went to another ear testing place and passed without difficulty. They were rude when asked to fill out the form for her work as well. Not trustworthy at all.
