I had a great experience with this audiology clinic when my aunt needed help. Nazanin, the audiologist, was incredibly friendly, professional, and kind. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my aunt felt comfortable throughout the visit. Her genuine care and expertise made a big difference, and we’re very grateful for the support she provided. Highly recommend this clinic, especially Nazanin!

I was very lucky to get an appointment to take my 92 year old mother as she has a hearing aid and she always seems to be having an issue with it ! I called to confirm appointment and Linda was extremely helpful in letting me know where to get dropped off as my mother uses a walker ! Thank you as was so easy to get to your unit ! Juliana Martins was amazing she was so patient she listened to my Mum and immediately knew what was the issue! We have been going to different locations to get it adjusted as my Mother was not happy ! Juliana said the problem could have been the wax build up which I believe as I saw how much wax was in her ear ! Sadly she was not told this before and this really impacted her hearing ! Also was getting an echo coming from her voice ! Juliana removed a lot of wax suggested she needs to see a specialist to get the rest removed ! She took over 45 mins with my Mother and she was never agitated just simply pleasant and very calm and smiling we felt very comfortable as she really made My Mum happy ! My Mum can hear perfectly so grateful and blessed she can hear well ! Thanks a lot Juliana ! I am so happy , my Mother is so relived she can hear properly. Linda once again thank you !

I brought my son to see Dr. Melissa Ganguli today and can’t say enough about how impressed I was by her level of care. She took the time to listen to the reasons my son was there (referral from ErinOaks) and did a great job engaging with my son. I would highly recommend Dr. Ganguli to anyone in need of Pediatric care.
