I received several email reminders for the date and hour of my appointment. I arrived at 8:55 a.m. for my 9 a.m. appointment. The receptionist arrived at 9:05 stating her bus was late. The technician arrived at 9:15 because of parking issues. I canceled my appointment and left. My time is important.

Staff are friendly, compassionate, and walk you through a sometimes weird process with explanations and kindness. They answer questions, are patient, and are genuinely good people. Definitely made an unusual experience (hearing issues) much easier to deal with.

Noliwe, the audiologist, was careful and helpful when fitting the hearing aid. She remembers, as some don't, that when the heating aid is out of your way you can't hear. Other specialists often continue talking after they ask you to take out the hearing aid!
