Suzanne at the 770 Btoadview Ave Ottawa location was very thorough with my testing, follow up information session,and fitting the hearing aid. I was given a trial set which really helped me decide on which model was best for me!

I just wanted to give a shoutout to the amazing team @ Connect hearing on Broadview in Ottawa. They were so very helpful in looking up my father's account to get replacement batteries even though he is visiting from out of province!
