If you have issues with ear wax buildup or impacted earwax this is a fantastic option. I went to my family doctor 3 times and the hospital once with no luck. I was in pain and limited to about 20% of my normal hearing. It was tremendously impacting my relationships, personal and professional life. I saw David this morning and he professionally and compassionately cleaned out both ears. He was patient and worked through the problem to its conclusion. This experience - in contrast with my previous appointments which were all unsuccessful and rushed - was a 10/10. I won't even bother going anywhere else for ear wax anymore and will book a regular appointment to stay on top of this recurring issue for me. Thank you so much David, I have my hearing back!!!

Great experience! I had a custom earplug fitting here and it went marvellously; David explained each step. The earplugs fit PERFECTLY - I work doors for metal concerts and I can hear the music and the people without sacrificing my ears. Would recommend to anyone who needs hearing aids or hearing protection.
