Good place to get infected with something. Chaotic waiting room shared with 4 or 5 doctors offices and they bounce people back and forth between the two for more profit.... sketchy

Senior here, just returned from an appointment with Mithusha at Davidson’s Hearing’s location in Bell’s Corners. It’s been a wonderful experience dealing with her - professional appearance, a very good listener, prompt for appointments and knowledgeable about products. A few ‘glitches’ with fittings because of the shape of my ear canals but it now seems to be a success. When this process took longer than the 90 day refundable clause allowed, today she arranged that the coverage would extend to the end of September which is beyond the 30 day extension I requested. Mithusha handled this negotiation and notified us before we reached home. Really, a wonderful experience with her and I will add that the reception staff also were very warm and welcoming. During some of my appointments she was mentoring a student, hopefully Davidson’s will find a position for her, she had an excellent role model in Mithusha.

I had a major wax blockage in my right ear... For $90, they removed it and the entire process took like 20 minutes. Friendly, professional, super happy and will go again!
