It was my first time here and I felt extremely well taken care of. The staff were so friendly, explained my hearing test procedure and they were really easy to interact with. They recommended that I flush my ear drum before the test, which I did, and it really aided in me hearing better immediately. It was inexpensive and the owner was extremely genuine while helping another customer and I really respect that. In a world where larger corporate medical businesses want to push you through the process to get your money the owner and staff really treated you like family. It was such a great family business and I was very pleased with the service they provided me.

Done a hearing test today, Ferguson Family Hearing Centre are awesome and proffessional specially to DENAYE, she explained very well about my hearing test. I definitely recommend this clinic!
