Julia was amazing! She spent about an hour with me, doing the testing and explaining the results. Julia then went through the brochure to explain what each category of hearing aids does.

I had a great experience with Julia. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The hearing evaluation was quick and hassle-free. Julia explained my results thoroughly and in an easy to understand manner. The results were submitted to my GP the same day.
