Kari and her staff are truly wonderful. They take the time to explain everything as clearly as possible and do not mind you asking questions. She has now taken care of 3 generations of my family's hearing issues, so believe me .. she has lots of patience. Lol

Kari and her staff have been great to deal with. Very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I had recently developed tinnitus and i was a mess when i walked in the first time, but Kari put me at ease very quickly and helped me understand what i was dealing with and the options available for me moving forward. She also helped me with the entire process of dealing with WCB and VAC(veteran affairs Canada), to get my new hearing aids. Very pleased overall with the whole process and my new hearing aids, thus improving my tinnitus situation as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Hear in Edmonton to anyone dealing with hearing loss or tinnitus.

Kari and her team have been amazing. I was nervous about getting hearing aids, even though I knew I was missing parts of conversations due to my hearing. They took a caring approach, talked me through the options and helped me get acquainted with my new hearing aids. It is a big life change when your hearing starts to decline, and so the team here are the right people to help you work your way through it, and they continue to support you even after you have the hearing aids, to make sure your life is so much better now you can hear clearly again.
