Personnel are very nice but they need to advise you when you book a hearing test its not a proper audiologist that performs the test. If you are lucky enough to have a plan that covers hearing tests i advise you chk your plan to make sure its covered. Our plan did not cover the test but would have if it was an audiologist

The staff at active ears are so compassionate and patient. My son isn't even 2 yet and needed molds taken of his ears for ear plugs. From the second I walked in the door I felt like we were being heard with all of our concerns and questions. The lady who put the molds in my son's ears was so kind and did everything she could to ensure the process was as comfortable as possible for him. Thank you so much for your kindness we will be recommending you to anyone who needs any type of hearing device!

Christine and her crew are the best!! Amazing in every way. My brother-in-law, my cousin, myself and my mother are all very happy with their services, persistence and knowledge. My Mom who is 93 is wearing her hearing aides everyday because Christine did her utmost to ensure the hearing aides were the perfect fit and comfortable for my Mom. Of course, the pleasant atmosphere in the office and Christine’s wit, patience and perseverance helped to accomplish the almost impossible. The hearing aides are no longer sitting on her dresser (where they have been for years). Yay. Thanks Active Ears!!
