Brought a client there to get hearing aids and they are wonderful! Melissa is wonderful and took the time with my client and treated him like he was the only patient she had for the day. Lisa was so kind helping to fill out the paperwork and scheduling the appointments. You have a wonderful team Dr. Dirks!

I went to Hear Sarnia and am so pleased I did everyone I had contact with was so friendly and could not do enough to help me. Jonathan Dirks who took care of my problem was just awesome. He explained everything including any possible side effects. He was very kind and understanding you just know he really cares about the people he is helping. I would recommend Him and the entire staff to anyone experiencing any kind of hearing problems..
