If you need hearing aids, I highly recommend Hear St. Catharines. Bill started me off with a free hearing test and walked me through options from Oticon and Phonak. Instead of rushing me, he actually suggested I trial both brands for a while to see which model offered the best comfort and sound quality for my needs. A huge thank you to Rhonda as well, who was so patient and sweet whenever I had to reschedule my appointments. I picked my pair, and I know that Bill will have my back if I ever run into warranty issues. They also took care of the ADP paperwork. A wonderful local business! Only minor issue is you have to pay for parking.

His Receptionist Rhonda when you talk to her on the phone she’s very outgoing happy but when you meet her she’s everything she sounds like on the phone a great lady with a great smile when we we met the Audiologist Dr. Bill Donaldson there isn’t enough words to explain how great of a guy he is he’s very professional he has no time limit on patience He. Goes with the flow when he thoroughly explains everything you need to know and more in I give him a10 👂👂👂👂👂👂👂👂👂👂ears plus ttThank you Christine & James. Thank you For a great experience 🫂🫂🫂🫂
