My Mom needed ear wax removal. Mr. Chow explained everything that was involved, and the procedure went perfect. I would highly recommend.

Rude receptionest and money hungry business... the test supposed to be free for people over 55 however when he knew i am from Nova Scotia he wanted to charge me $75.00....which is illegal..Every hearing test business they test for free....
