Kim is an excellent technician? Always solves my problems. Adjusts my phone adjusts my hearing AIDS. And most of all, she knows how to get reconnected to the app, because I'm an old guy and I'm challenged, and she just solves the problem. She's not only a sweetheart, she's a professional and also and vicky.As much as I hate to say it, she just loves to take my money.But she's always been very helpful.So I think they deserve some recognition.And maybe a race from the boss .
