Its been awhile since I've had a hearing test done and I gave Hear Canada Millwoods a try. Glenda and staff made it very easy from the check in process to the completion of the test . I was pleasantly impressed with Glenda and Mikayla they both are extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the result of my test and all the products they offered. I would recommend both of them and this business to family and friends.

From the moment I reached out, Michelle, the first point of contact, showed such warmth and hospitality. She was patient, attentive, and genuinely made me feel like my mom’s concerns were her top priority. When we met with Glenda, the audiotherapist, it was clear that her care and expertise were equally exceptional. She took the time to listen, not only to my mom’s needs but also to my concerns as her advocate. Cost was a significant consideration for us, and both Michelle and Glenda went above and beyond to provide thoughtful recommendations that balanced affordability with quality.
