Amazing service This hearing impairment is new to me and has been very frustrating. My wife and kids kept telling me I was yelling, or that I just was not hearing what they were saying. I went to my doctor, then to a specialist, and was told that I am legally deaf in one ear. I started looking for help and found Hear Canada on Montreal Road. Walking in was a real surprise: the two receptionists were incredibly friendly, and they answered every one of my questions – and I had a lot of them. Then I met Tia, the hearing specialist, and I cannot say enough about how **patient** she was with me. She took the time to answer all my questions and concerns, even when I needed to ask the same thing more than once to be sure I understood. Thanks to their help, I feel much more confident facing this change. The service has been amazing, and I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. Thank you for guiding and supporting me through this challenging time.

Everytime I visit Helix Hearing Care in Ottawa at 595 Montreal rd, I hear better, seeing better and feel rejuvenated.

I'm an experienced guy impaired my whole life. This location is amazing. They have always cared. Anyone can wear an aid, Helix Montreal rd makes the visit extremely satisfying.
