Great pleasant service by all staff and they never keep us waiting. My husband has dementia and they are so kind to him. This past visit he was given a bag of candy, as he said they were his favourite, as took some from their candy dish. It made him feel so special. We go in often for small repairs like the tubing, as hubby is not gentle with his hearing aids. A great welcome and quick service and never a problem. His second hearing test with Hear Canada. on Orleans Blvd., and he was made to feel so comfortable. I recommend Hear Canada and appreciate all the questions they asked my husband, and their double checking the answers with me, so he got the best service possible.

I went in to get my hearing aids reset and to show me again the steps for cleaning my hearing aids step by step. The employee at the reception was very patient with me. I did not get her name, I find that everyone at this particular location are very efficient, nice, and there is not pressure whatsoever. I recommend this location! Carmen Duperron

Always a pleasure to deal with the staff at this Hear Canada location in Orleans. They are very helpful, efficient, and respectful. My audiologist Erica is very knowledgeable and thorough. My spouse and I will continue to come to this office for our hearing needs.
