Barb has provided me with prompt, superb and professional service with my hearing aid. I get immediate help even when I was in the Philippines for extended period of time. She had me fitted with a set of custom made ear dome for free. The best part of this was she did this on her own initiative. There was never any pressure selling to get the device. I chose what I can afford and she handled the Alberta government subsidy. The process was seamless _ very professional.
