We initially found Viviene and John in Mississauga, and they were a true godsend. My dad had trouble with his hearing aids and refused to wear them because he was never comfortable with any of the ones he had tried before. Viviene was so patient, caring, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my dad’s needs and knew exactly what would work best for him. We placed an order for a hearing aid, and in the meantime, my dad was provided with a loaner, which made the transition much easier. Viviene and John are true gems in their profession. Their kindness, expertise, and dedication gave my dad a level of comfort and confidence that he hadn’t had before. We are so grateful for everything they did for him. Recently, we visited the old location only to find out they were no longer there, luckily I was able to find their new location on Tenth line through google. It truly felt like finding old friends!. I was so happy I called my parents to let them know. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care about their patients the way Viviene and John do. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for hearing care and outstanding service.

Gosh where do I even start?! Vivienne & John are AMAZING! They will take care of you like family, always the most comforting experience when I visit with my family, have been for years and will continue!! I wouldn't look elsewhere for your hearing needs.. this is the place to be. Viv, john, YOU ROCK!!
