Had my hearing tested at hearing solutions and even though I turned out to have normal hearing I decided to bring my mother for a hearing test because of the excellent service I received. All the staff at the clinic are very knowledgeable, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. In a time when customer service is so rare to find, Seb and Yonit stood out for their great service. I would highly recommend this clinic for your hearing needs

The service I got from the Hearing Solutions Clinic in the Carlingwood Shopping Centre in Ottawa was outstanding. Sebastien Pilon, the audiologist & Clinical Manager, as well as Yonit, the Receptionist and Clinical Services Associate, were courteous, punctual and efficient. I was particularly impressed by Sebastien’s knowledge, manners and commitment to going the extra mile to put me at ease. My whole experience with this clinic was excellent and I will certainly recommend it to family and friends.

I have received an excellent service at the Carlingwood mall location - timely, careful and professional. And I received very good advise what product would work for me, what accessories are available and how to take care of the hearing aids. My day-to-day life also improved significantly since I start using their hearing aid devices. Highly recommended service
